We're sad to hear that you're returning your DODO Kinis, but we will gladly issue store credit for your suits. Simply send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order.
Steps to receive store credit:
- Email us (email@example.com) within 15 days of receiving your suit letting us know you want to return it. We will provide you with the return address and details.
- Mail us your suit.
- We will issue your store credit and send you a confirmation email after receipt of the suit in its original condition.
- We will accept swimsuits that are unwashed and unworn with the tags and hygienic stickers still in place.
- Shipping expenses will be shouldered by the purchaser.
- Our store only accepts store credits for now. Store credits have no expiry.
- Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged, nor redeemed for store credit at any time.
- Items returned to us not in their original condition will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- DODO is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.
